Nilanjan is acknowledged as a B2B growth expert helping companies deliver scalable growth and foster substantial organizational change. 

His career spans diverse sectors across hospitality, technology, and leadership development. He has played a key role in founding StackRoute, NIIT’s advanced product engineering incubator, and established the Enterprise function at upGrad. As Chief Revenue Officer at Harappa, he positioned the company as a leader in leadership and behavioural development. As part of the Innovation Cell in the Chairman’s Office at NIIT, he advised leading Indian companies in their digital adoption and talent transformation efforts. In his early career, Nilanjan successfully shaped enterprise strategies for prestigious hospitality brands like Radisson Hotels Worldwide and the Sarovar Group. 

He has a degree in Hospitality Management from IHM, a post Graduate from Symbiosis University, and done his  Executive Education from the Indian School of Business (ISB) in Hyderabad.. Recognized both nationally and internationally for his  contributions, he is a distinguished speaker in the field of strategy and business building . 

Rohit is an evangelist of outdoor adventure workshops in India and has played a pioneering role in popularizing white water river rafting. Born and bred in the Garhwal Himalayas in the midst of divine peaks of Bandar Poonch, Srikantha, and Nandadevi, his  lifelong passion for the mountains and rivers has shaped Rohit  into a seasoned mountaineer  and white water rafting expert. 

Rohit founded Logout@ Work, one of the finest outdoor training organizations, aimed at building workplace excellence. A Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit, Rohit has trained more than 50k members of some of the finest Indian and Multinational Corporations in leadership, communications and team building. 

Rohit is a certified outdoor instructor from National Institute of Mountaineering as well as National Outdoors Leadership School (NOLS) and holds a hotel management degree from the National Council of Hotel Management. 

Chef Abhiru is a Consulting Partner and head of our Culinary and Patisserie Practice . Abhiru is a pioneer and visionary in the culinary world and one of India’s most distinguished Patisserie chefs. 

With over three decades of expertise in pastry, chocolate, and bakery production, Abhiru has held leadership roles with some of the most prestigious hotel chains, including Hyatt and the Taj Group. He also spearheaded the opening confectionery team at Reliance Retail, further cementing his reputation as a pioneer in the field. Abhiru honed his leadership and technical skills at Barry Callebaut Group, the world’s leading manufacturer of high-quality couverture chocolates and cocoa products. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in the brand’s successful launch in Asia, showcasing his expertise as both a technical and commercial leader.
